Place to come together, learn, and grow in faith
Timoteo Community Center is located in Santa Lucía Milpas Altas, space available for many different ministries.
We believe that our team and our people play an important role in bringing the word of God to the communities here. Therefore, we have created a place to come together, learn, and grow in faith.
One of the spaces within the center is currently being used to work with youth aged 13-17, where they are learning metal and wood working, cooking, and robotics. But the primary goal is to talk about Christ and how they can come to know him. The youth come from public schools, where they don’t have technological resources and cannot talk about God directly.
"Youth can have a safe place"
Within our goals is to work with the local pastors, to encourage them to continue with their ministry and to have a relationship with the church, so that the impacted youth can have a safe place.
Our visitor and service teams can also be housed at the community center. This makes it easier for the teams to participate in various ministries.
Even with much still in the process of creation and construction in the different spaces, we trust that God will continue working on this large project and will keep blessing the communities.
