Valle de Vida
Space that nourishes both body and spirit
Valle de Vida center has become a place where faith is translated into action. Each week, more than 150 people–children, youth, and adults–pass through its doors to participate in a space that nourishes both body and spirit.
Here, biblical values are taught in 4 public schools, teenagers are mentored in their faith, students receive scholarship support, and vulnerable children receive nutritious meals.
“Faith translated into action”
Valle de Vida has had a profound impact: more than 1,400 students participate in weekly Bible classes, 40 youth attend discipleship groups every Wednesday, and 25 children receive academic tutoring twice a week. In addition, 50 healthy meals are prepared and shared each week.
The programs that we work with are discipleship with young people, a school reinforcement program, a school scholarship program, and a food program.
