I came to a personal saving knowledge of Jesus Christ when I was a senior at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. I felt an early call to cross-cultural missions and felt led to attend Moody Bible Institute. I received a BS in Missionary Aviation Technology and went to serve Mission Aviation Fellowship in Haiti and Guatemala. From my time in Guatemala, I went on to start the work of Students International in Guatemala and the Dominican Republic.
After ten years, the Lord made clear to me He had other plans for a new ministry that was more directly a mission agency working with Guatemalan nationals in their call to reach their own people. Mission Impact was started in 2004 and has grown to serve more people with the love and hope of the Gospel. I love living and serving in Guatemala with my wife, Terri, and my daughters Katie and Amy.
“I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.
The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God,
who loved me and gave himself for me.”
