Chad Bader was born in Rochester, NY and became a Christian as a sophomore in high school. God impressed upon him at a young age a passion for foreign missions and teaching. Chad taught middle and high school in Raleigh, NC for several years before he moved out of the country to serve full-time. His biggest joys in life are his wife, Jami, and two children, Olivia and Kingston.
Chad has a passion for youth and seeing them grow in Christ. His vision in Nueva Generacion comes from Matthew 4:19 where Jesus calls his first disciples and says “Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.” Chad’s philosophy is that a disciple of Christ is transformed in his head, heart, and hands. There’s a mental shift that follows, Christ is changing their hearts, and lastly they are working in the Kingdom to harvest God’s crop. Chad’s hope is that Guatemalan teens are changed and transformed by Christ so that in turn they are able to impact a ‘new generation’ of believers.

but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.
