We are excited that you are applying to join an already established Servant Team that is coming to minister with us in Guatemala. We have changed our online application forms for team members. Click the Apply Now button and you will be presented with three options. If you have participated on previous trips to Guatemala with Mission Impact, please choose the green button on the next page. You will be asked first to provide your passport number. This will help us retrieve information to generate a form with some of the fields already filled in, although you will have to provide some information to finish the form.

If this is your first time coming to Guatemala with Mission Impact, you will be asked to indicate what team you will be traveling with and your team role. After that, a blank form will be generated for you.

In any given moment you can pause the process and temporarily save your application by clicking the ‘Pause & Resume Later’ at the bottom of the form. You will be prompted to create a user name and password so you can access your form again.

Please make sure all information is correct. Once your form is saved you can not modify it again.
